Show case : Partena HR

As part of a SAS70 compliance programme Partena (HR services) has decided to implement an electronic incoming mail processing system called Docflow.

TRILOGY has performed the requirements analysis and has developed the specifications for an ECM tool and vendor selection. TRILOGY has led the project through the Requests for Information and the Requests for ¨Proposals and has assisted Partena in implementing the selected tool. TRILOGY was involved in the detailed design, the developments and the roll out of the different modules (processing of faxes, processing of mail, processing of emails) for the different Business areas, mainly : Income statements and payments, Accounts Receivables, affiliates and the Legal department, etc...
